All my life I was interested in art. I come from a family of artists. While attending high school I was into the video production and photography. After graduating High School in 2002 and turning down an opportunity to go to film school, I found myself working in a copy and print center of a retail store while attending Grays Harbor College with no idea where to go. I soon found myself not going to college and worked at a real estate company where as a secretary there I designed flyers and advertisements. That is where my love for graphic design started.

I still dabbled in photography but the extent of snapshots. I soon was given the opportunity and worked as an Ad Layout Artist for the Stephens Media Group in Aberdeen, WA working for the paper The Daily World from April 2006- July 2007.

After choices and life decisions I walked away from art but soon found my longing to learn how to paint and draw impossible to ignore. I decided to go back to Grays Harbor College where in 2009 I received my Associates of Arts degree. My last few quarters I took as many art classes as possible and fell in love with painting and drawing.

I found my way to Northwest College of Art and Design in Poulsbo, WA. In 2012 I will receive a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Visual Communication double majoring in Photography and Graphic Design.
